I purchased this luggage for our daughter who has a lot of travel coming up in the next year. She’s in her mid twenties so I wanted something fashionable, yet sturdy. This Steve Madden set fit the bill. It is a little heavier empty than I thought it would be but maybe the sturdiness is the reason. It doesn’t look like every other bag that will roll off the baggage claim belt and the wheels on all pieces look like good strong wheels. Only time will tell as to how long it lasts. There is a 10 year limited warranty. I’ll see what it covers! Our daughter loves it! That is what matters!

I like the luggage, so thus 4 stars, however I had a defective part and have tried & tried to contact someone, filled out the warranty papers to get it taken care of and have not heard from anyone, says it has a 10 year warranty, but I have tried as soon as I got it to get it replaced can’t imagine what it would be like to have a warranty claim in 5 or even 10 years. Would be careful in buying, if they are not going to take care of their product.
